Ten members answered roll call.  There was a quorum

Present: Chuck Mead, Mary Mead, Bill Stewart, Marvin Small, Frank Burns, Tom Curley, Bob Templeton, Mary Long, Bill Goodrich, Dave McGuigan, Dennis Bunnell, Charles Davis, Kendall Mitchall, Charles Pierson, Tom Swan, Beverly Way, Tom Sobonski, Rudy Mattes, Ted Plavinsky, Dave Darrow, Carolyn Doolittle

Secretary’s Report: Tom Swan made the motion to accept.  Bill Stewart made the second (with correction) the report was accepted by unanimous vote.

Treasurer’s Report: Dave McGuigan made the motion to accept and Tom Swan made the second.  The report was accepted by unanimous vote.

Old Business: Dates for Public Hearings for Zoning:
April 23-St. Francis Xavier Church Hall
April 24 – Montrose Square
April 29 Silver Lake Bldg.
April 30 – Rush Ladies Aux Bldg.

General question about Planning Commissions and Zoning Hearing Board – all municipalities seem to be on track in getting members.

Chuck Mead made the motion to elect Dave Darrow and Bev. Way to the Member Committee . Tom Swan made the second.  The motion was passed.  The two COG members to be decided.   The Member Committee is made up of two NTC members and two COG.  It  will hire a zoning officer and, oversee the day to day duties of the zoning officer. 

Atty. Michael Briechle was nominated to be the Attorney for the Zoning Board by Bill Stewart.  The second was made by Tom Curley.  The motion was passed. 

NEPA Cell Towers are all turned on.

New Business:

Assignment of Contract: reassignment of money from NTC to COG to administer funds for zoning officer.  Dave Darrow and COG officer both signed.
